Return Window

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Original tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.

  • The item should show no signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible:

  • Used jewellery

  • Customized or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Images of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
